advantage. Soon after establishing his ground he ventured over to the Dreamers up town in order to strike a deal with them. He would transport
their technology to where they would need it and to even bring it to the Wittman Hub for trading and selling via their value trains. In return he wanted access to their
territory, lab, and to the water that is stored there. It was a hefty proposition,
however due to the Dreamers want of steam technology, he also slapped on
that they make take anything they see fit in order to help with their
advancements. A deal was struck.
